Q.
Where is the church office?
A.
Our church offices are in the first room on the right when you enter the doors on the west side (Bristol Street).
Q.
What are the church office hours?
A.
The church offices are open from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
If you enter through the front doors you will find winding staircases on both sides of the vestibule. These staircases lead you to our second floor sanctuary. If you walk through the vestibule you will enter the Heritage Room where you will find our Coffee Hour after Sunday Services. Further on you will pass Taylor Chapel on the left, as well as the elevator, and Pastor Keith's office on the right. Then the doorway to the 1958 addition, which includes Fellowship Hall, Sunday School rooms, the nursery, and restrooms.
If you enter through the west entrance (closest to the parking lot), you will be in the 1958 addition. Immediately on your right is our church office and to your left is Fellowship Hall. Further down the hallway you will find the nursery on the left and the restrooms on the right. Half way down the hallway (just before the restrooms) is the entrance to the original building, with Pastor Keith's office on the left and Taylor Chapel and the elevator on the right. Continuing down the hallway, you will enter the Heritage Room where you will find Coffee Hour after Sunday services. And finally you will come to the vestibule where winding staircases on either side will take you up the our second floor sanctuary.
Q.
Do you provide childcare?
A.
Yes, we have a nursery that is staffed during our Sunday Worship Service for children up to the age of 4.
Q.
What do you offer for my children?
A.
We provide nursery care for infants and children through age 4. Children aged 2 through 6th grade are welcome to join Children's Sunday School at 9:00 AM and Children's Church during our 10:15 AM Worship Service.
Q.
What do I wear to worship services?
A.
We are more concerned with your spiritual walk than your appearance. You will find that our congregation tends to dress toward business casual, but you will find everything from jeans to suits and flip-flops to dress shoes. With such a wide range, you will be sure to fit right in.
Q.
Am I expected to participate in the offering?
A.
As a guest of our church you are not expected to participate in the offering. We are simply glad to have you with us.
Q.
When do you serve Communion and what are the requirements for participation?
A.
Communion is served the first Sunday of each month. Our Deacons and Deaconesses serve communion to you while you remain seated in your pew. After every person receives the bread, the pastor will indicate the time to eat and all partake simultaneously. The cup of juice is served in the same manner.
You need not be a member of our church to receive communion; however, you do need to have a personal relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ.
